Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Be shipped back within 14 days of notifying us
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs if possible.
